About Condensers

We are experts in the production of high-performance Steam Condensers utilized in power plants for condensing exhaust steam from turbines and recycling it as boiler feedwater. These condensers play a critical role in enhancing efficiency and allowing closed-loop water systems.

Our water box condensers are designed using thermal and mechanical design calculations and are in compliance with industry standards such as TEMA and ASME. Materials that we employ for tube bundles include Admiralty Brass, Cupro-Nickel (90:10), and Stainless Steel 304, while carbon steel is utilized for the shell and supporting structures to provide enduring performance.

Besides fabrication, we also offer in-field re-tubing of steam condensers. With expert staff armed with specialized equipment and know- how, we are capable of delivering re-tubing jobs quickly—finishing them within limited timelines to save time and resume system operation quickly.
