About Oil Coolers

Oil Coolers are crucial to ensure proper operating temperatures in industrial equipment like gearboxes, extrusion presses, ID fans, couplings, and rotating shafts. Through dissipation of excess heat produced during operation, these coolers prolong equipment life, improve performance, and provide system reliability.

We provide bespoke-designed oil coolers, engineered from detailed thermal and mechanical analysis and produced in line with standards like TEMA RCB and ASME Codes, or to the client's specification. Our range includes coolers for gearboxes from well- known manufacturers such as Elecon, Greaves, Shanthi Gears, and Walchandnagar, in a range of capacities.

Oil Coolers are made from materials most appropriate to the quality of cooling water, such as Carbon Steel, Copper, Admiralty Brass, Stainless Steel, and Cupro-Nickel alloys (90:10 or 70:30).

We also provide replacement and retrofitting services, replicating original oil cooler designs with exact dimensional and performance replication. Our technical staff can measure the existing unit on-site to ensure the newly produced cooler is completely interchangeable.

Besides, we provide Hydraulic Oil Coolers, usually of packed floating head construction, suitable for mounting in the return line of hydraulic oil systems. They are commonly applied to power packs, plastic injection moulding machines, presses, dredgers, and other hydraulic machines.
